Church’s Customs is a made-to-order shop. That means your item is created first, then shipped once it’s finished and ready to go.

Processing Time (Making Your Order)

Processing time depends on the item you order and whether it’s personalized. Any estimated turnaround time shown on the product page is the best guide.

If you have a deadline (gift date, event, etc.), please message me before ordering so I can confirm timing.

Shipping Time (After Your Item Is Finished)

Once your item is finished, I typically ship within 3–5 business days.

I purchase shipping labels through Pirate Ship, and your tracking number will be provided when your order ships.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and can vary due to weather, holidays, and carrier delays.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

• If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.

Tracking & Delivered Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate your package:

• Check around your home (porch, garage, side door, mailbox)

• Ask household members/neighbors

• Contact your local post office/carrier with your tracking number

If you still can’t find it, message me and I’ll help you troubleshoot.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Due to item being digital purchase, no refund available. By purchasing and downloading this file, you agree to these terms.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the custom, personalized nature of our challenge coins, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized orders.

However, we will remake or fully refund your order if:

• The coin arrives damaged or defective

• There is a misprint or error on our end

• The item is lost in transit

If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the problem and we will make it right — no questions asked.

Please note: We are not responsible for errors in information submitted by the customer (misspelled names, incorrect stats, etc.), so please double-check all details before approving your proof.

Order & Production Policy

• All coins are made to order — production begins after you approve your design proof

• Turnaround time: 3–5 business days after proof approval

• A design proof will be sent before production — your approval is required to proceed

• Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after proof approval and production has begun
