Have access to your meds quick! Ability to quick snap the item to your person or strap and then quick snap in and out a 1ml, 3 ml, and 10 ml syringe on your call. Don't use all your meds? Snap it in so you don't lose it during the chaos of bad EMS calls. This Keychains have a clip into the back of them to easily put on a radio strap or where you can.


I made these due to my constant need to have somewhere specific for my meds. They usually get tucked in my ear like a pencil but when that BLACK CLOUD shows up, they're gone.

    Once your item is finished, I typically ship within 3–5 business days.

    I purchase shipping labels through Pirate Ship, and your tracking number will be provided when your order ships.

    Shipping Carriers & Delivery Estimates

    Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and can vary due to weather, holidays, and carrier delays.

    Shipping Address

    Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

    • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.

    Tracking & Delivered Packages

    If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate your package:

    • Check around your home (porch, garage, side door, mailbox)

    • Ask household members/neighbors

    • Contact your local post office/carrier with your tracking number

    If you still can’t find it, message me and I’ll help you troubleshoot.

    Damaged Packages

    If your order arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the item and packaging

    I’ll work with you to find the best solution.

  • At Church’s Customs, most items are made to order. I want you to love what you receive, and I’ll always do my best to make things right when something goes wrong.

    Returns (Eligible Items)

    Some non-personalized items may be eligible for return.

    • Return window: Contact me within 7 days of delivery to request a return.

    • Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with any original packaging.

    • Approval required: Please message me first before sending anything back so I can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

    Personalized / Custom Items (Not Returnable)

    Because personalized items are made specifically for you, personalized, custom, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or refund.

    This includes (but isn’t limited to):

    • Items with names, initials, dates, custom text, or custom images

    • Custom-designed layouts or proofs created for your order

    • Custom sizes, colors, or special requests

    If There’s a Problem With Your Order

    If your item arrives damaged, or if there’s an error on my end (wrong personalization, wrong item, etc.), contact me within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the item and packaging

    If the issue is confirmed, I may offer (at my discretion):

    • A replacement

    • A remake

    • A partial refund

    • A full refund (when appropriate)

    Shipping Issues

    Once an order is shipped, delivery times are controlled by the carrier. However, if your package is marked delivered but you can’t find it, message me and I’ll help you troubleshoot with the carrier.

    Return Shipping Costs

    • If the return is approved for an eligible, non-personalized item, buyers are responsible for return shipping.

    • If the return is due to an error on my end or damage in transit (with proper documentation), I’ll work with you on the best solution.

    Cancellations

    • Non-personalized items: Cancellations may be accepted if the order has not started processing.

    • Personalized/custom items: Orders generally cannot be canceled once design/proof work has started.
